The Awesome Apple Smoothie
Makes: 2 (8 oz.) servings
Takes: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 Cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 Cup unsweetened applesauce (chilled)
- 1/2 Cup pineapple juice (chilled)
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a 2-cup or larger measuring cup or in a small bowl.
- Mix together with a whisk or rubber spatula.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
- Enjoy while chilled!
