and overall fit for a specific position and organization. In this
session, you will learn useful strategies to prepare responses and
practice answering some of the most common behavioral interview
questions while receiving constructive feedback.

Involvement Center for Healthcare Quality and Analytics Children’s
Hospital of Philadelphia.
Hall has been at CHOP since 2016 and worked on various projects
including reducing harm, implementing a Care Management program and
improving the patient experience. She has a masters degree in Healthcare
Administration and is Lean Six Sigma certified. Her experience includes
rehab management, career development and counseling, quality
improvement, and regulatory. She is currently pursuing her coaching
certification through iPEC.
