The Frank Conversation on Generational Diversity focused on a wide range of topics related to aging and the working and living experiences of different generations. During this session, panelists discussed stigmas and disparities associated with the aging experiences that are unique to interacting with multiple generations on campus. Drexel’s Age-Friendly University designation was highlighted, and we explored what aging means in America today and how it intersects with the many other identities we have.
